Accord Coupe 94-97 water getting in trunk/boot
Hello
Help/advice needed.
I've got a 2dr Accord Coupe 94-97yr
Noticed that water is getting in the trunk (or boot as we call them in the UK).
Seems to be when the car is parked and stationary and possibly getting in around the rear wind shield.
Perhaps the silicon sealant that holds the rear windshield in has cracked??? I've taped up most of the rubber strip around the window but rain water still getting in.
Has anybody else had this problem? How did you solve it?
Little are no water getting in when driving at speed so don't think it's getting in from the wheel arch.
Thanks for any help/advice.
Cheers/Tim

Does it have a sunroof? You didn't say LX or EX...
Sunroof drain tubes come down to the rear fenders & they're supposed to go thru the trunk floor somehow. Look to see whether they're disconnected & draining into the trunk.
