I have tried fixing my leaking roof by sealing the tracks along the side of the driver's door and down half way to a windshield. The water leaks after rain at the top of the A pillar corner on the driver's side. I am assuming I need a new weather strip for my sunroof, because I found a technical bulletin stating that all 03 models starting with my VIN number are affected. It seems that the weatherstrip around the sunroof is ok, but I guess that would fix it because I've tried sealing the other part mentioned above and it didn't work. Anyone else had this problem? To replace the weather strip I would have to take out that glass, is it hard to do? Thank you.

here some pictures of the leak whatnot. I doubt that the sunroof seal is bad, because little to none water actually leaks through when I sprayed my sunroof with water. The only way for water to leak if it was the sunroof problem, is if water went over the plastic channel inside the sunroof. I to complete rule out the sunroof, I will tape it up with plastic and duct tape.

You most likely have a leaking windshield seal. 99% of all water leaks in a Honda can be attributed to the winshield sealing area.

I would suggest you to get the windshield leak fixed.Because its the windshield which is leaking.

I've sealed roof molding channel with a sealer 2 times already. Do you guys know if there is a specific spot where it is really prone to leaking?

the windhield itself must be removed and resealed from underneath. Does your glass have anycracks that run to the edge of the glass? HAve you had the windshield replaced recently? Does the glass have Honda on it in the lower left hand corner of the glass? Did you recently purchase the car?

No cracks at the edges, although the seal is slightly off ( comes out of the glass more in some spots than the others).
Windshield was not touched, not sure if it has a Honda writing on it. Will check tomorrow but I assume it does.
Car was purchased 6 months ago, only recently I noticed that the headliner has water marks and it leaks after raining hard.

Again 99% of all water leaks in a honda are from the windshield sealing area. Not the molding around the windshield but the urethane that the winshield is set into.
