Need some more help; car not starting
Well some of you might have seen my other posts about my '92. If you did you'll know that both the headgasket is blown and I'm trying to sell the car. Well, right after I posted my ads to sell the stupid thing I got the bright idea to change the oil and spark plugs so that whoever buys it won't be frying the rings while they're driving it home (it had anitfreeze in the oil; the spark plugs I just decided to go ahead and change because they were fouled).
This is the part I don't understand, though. The car started perfectly fine before I changed the plugs and oil. I literally started it within 5 minutes of removing the plugs. Then it sat for a bit while I ran to town and picked up the plugs and oil. I came back, changed them out, put everything back together and now no dice. It cranks over fine, and the fuel pump is still priming. It obviously isn't the battery or the starter. I tried the old plugs back in just in case that might be it and still nothing, so they can be ruled out. I checked the rotor and distributor cap, and they seemed fine. Even the coil looked fine. I'm completely at a loss here. Like I said, the car cranks perfectly fine, and it is definitely getting fuel, but there is no spark whatsoever coming out of the plugs now. What could I have screwed up in changing them?
Thanks in advance to anyone who helps.

Why would the cylinder being flooded with water cause the spark plugs not to spark though? I actually took one of the plugs out with the wire still attached to it and grounded it to the header (with some thick electrician's gloves on) and tried to start it and could not see any spark whatsoever.
Any more thoughts on what the problem might be? Also, what is the procedure for verifying whether or not a cylinder is flooded? If one is, how would I go about clearing it out?
Thanks again in advance.

If there was no spark, wouldn't it be something wrong with the distributor?

Well that was my thinking, but like I said, the car started fine before I changed the plugs, and I didn't touch the distributor during that time. I mean I realize it could just suddenly go bad, but it still seems wierd that it would within like a 30-minute time frame.
Just so that it's easier to make out what I've done so far:
Checked ground wires; seemed fine.
Checked distributor cap; seemed fine
Tried a different cap known to be good; still nothing
Tried putting the old spark plugs back in; still nothing
Checked coil; seemed fine
Checked rotor; seemed fine
Checked fuel pump; working fine

Okay cool to know. Unfortunately I didn't have time to check the ignitor today, but I'm gonna try to carve out a little time to check it tomorrow. Hopefully (knock on wood) that will be what's wrong with it.
