oil on spark plugs

oil on spark plugs
i got a 95 civic stock and today i checked my spark plugs pulled the second one out and found i had oil on it is that normal?

no that is not normal. when oil is on the spark plugs it means that oil is leaking past worn valve guides or piston rings into the combustion chamber. this can cause your car to be hard to start, misfiring and hesitation during accel.
normal spark plugs should hve a brown to greyish-tan color and the electrode will prob be a little worn down.
