finished b18b swap car dies at throttle response
I finished my b18b swap in the eg (using the stock LS ECU)
the motor had a broken tps, so i bought a TB off of a crv with a good map and TPS
when i crank the car, it runs incredibly rich, and when i hit the gas it just turns off.
i have a check engine light, which doesnt read anthything just a solid cel. im guessing this is limp mode,
so i checked all fuses, theyre fine, and i unplugged the map while it was running, and it went crazy, so i know my map works, however i unplugged the tps and there was no change
still died at throttle.
i thought that if it was in limp mode, the map sensor wouldnt matter right?
it is running super rich and i have no idea whats causing all this, i had to convert the harness and i spliced the injectors, is it possible the injector wires are backwards??

Solid ECU means the ECU is bad...try using a different ECU. Though the car wouldn't start w/ a bad ECU so iono
.

I have an obd1 p75, if you want to buy it
As far as the stalling when you hit the gas, are you sure you dont have the map and tps connectors (from harness) switched? That will cause it
