I heard a Rumer... H22 in a 7thGen?? B16 7thgen??
so there is this guy that said he ordered an H22 for his 4dr EM2.... i told him its not gonna fit and asked where he is getting the mounts. He said Nopi prob.
Also heard of someone doing it in an 05 civic.
Also saw an article of a B16 swap in an em2... any feedback on that???
I just wanted to verify this w/ u guys.... and make sure im not missing anything or am i just losing my mind?

This has been covered to no end here on Honda-Tech, but considering it's hard to search for 1 letter words, like "B series", I'll be gentle.
You won't be able to run anything other than a K-series in your car for legal reasons. That, and nobody makes mounts for any other series engine. The only car that could host a B-Series legally, is a 2001 Civic with a 2001 Integra-R engine.
There's a thread in the FAQ's describing what engines are available for the 7th gen. chassis.

I've seen an H series, and B series in 7thgen chassis. It's possible, but lots of custom work is needed. Not really worth it.

Whats a Rumer?? Did you mean Rumor? Anyways there was a video of a b18 (maybe?) in a 7th gen i saw a long time ago. It was some drag car or something.

That "drag car" you're talking about was a highly modified salt flats racer by AEM that didn't even have a radiator. They went with the EM2 body because it had the lowest drag coefficient IIRC. Something in the rules for the record they were chasing said it had to be a stock-bodied car. So yes, if you're a performance company with an astronomical budget and some of the best fabrication engineers in the world, it's possible.
