:. Just a quick question for you guys today .:
Vehicle: '99 Civic Si
Questions:
- What are my options for upgrading my brake rotors to something larger but still can be used with my stock calipers?
- What are my options for upgrading my brake rotors to something larger but can be used with Spoon Twin block calipers?
Note: All in all I'm looking for something larger but want to know my options

You can't expect to throw on rotors with a larger surface area without changing all the related parts as well. A larger rotor is going to interfere with a brake anchor designed for smaller rotor. You need to install new calipers and brackets if you wish to go bigger with your brakes. Or you can just upgrade using OEM stuff and have all the braking power you'll probably ever need and then some.
forget what you think. big brake conversions are stupid. totally unnecessary. you wouldn't even need those spoon calipers you want. 6 pods are too crazy. doubt you even need that kind of stopping power.
get brembo blanks, brembo calipers, and hawk hp+ pads. you'll be set and you'll stop on a dime.
****, you don't even need the brembo calipers if you want. but trust me. the setup i just provided you will be wayyy cheaper than your big brake conversion and it probably stops better.

don't make me go into this. pleaseee. i do not want to explain why blanks are better than drilled and slotted. just trust me when i say get brembo blanks, brembo calipers, and hawk hp+ pads. drilled and slotted ARE NOT better. just trust me.

whynot do the ITR upgrade with 11.1" rotors?
Its effective and still fits under the Si rims.
You need ITR calipers (loaded) and 92-96 Prelude VTEC rotors.
I believe 3mm needs to be shaved off the caliper mounting brackets and then the rotors need to be re-drilled to 4 X 100.
Its fairly cheap and gives REAL noticeable braking power.

Powerslot makes a "big brake kit" that come with bigger rotors and new caliper brackets that utilize the factory calipers. The only down side is it is kinda expensive and you have to have 17" or larger rims.
