looks clean.. if i were selling it i would as 3-5k. buying it..i could see spending 3k for it.. the body looks real good, and you got exhaust and mirrors.. too bad you cant peak under the hood.

If i were you, I would hope that it has the stock motor...stock cars are always going to be a little higher in value (at least for re-sale) than when modified. Unmolested is what you want, that way you know there werent idiots working on it
Id say 3-4K as well, depending on miles, mechanical cond, etc.

so you're saying you hope it has a d15b7 instead of a b18c5 haha

Yep...pretty much.
That way i can put ANY motor i want in there...boost it, All-motor, whatever.
Not to mention, with a swap already done...you never know if the person did it right or fucked anything up...especially a police siezed vehicle!

That is a foolish answer. When you could score an ez 3 g's for the b18c5. You would never get that for a stock sohc motor. And since you 3 g's would buy you a turbo set up and 5 sohc motors.

No offense, but i couldnt understand anything you wrote because of your punctuation and incomplete sentences.
However, i personally take pride in building my own setup...not buying one. So yes, i would pay 3K for that hatch and do my own swap and most likely a turbo setup on it (not an all-motor person). But hey....thats just me.

I can't believe anyone would actually say how much they would pay without knowing jack **** about the car. All you've seen is a picture. Don't know the mileage, history, condition, etc. For all you know it could have 238K miles, tranny that grinds bad in every gear, slipping clutch, exhaust leak, and a blown head gasket. Would you still pay 2 to 4 thousasnd for it??

Bro...we were estimating a price we would pay CONSIDERING all things were in good working order, mileage was decent, etc. The price i would be considering to pay was solely based on the LOOKS of the car...not the mechanical history. You can rest assure that if the car ran like ****, or had multiple mechanical issues, i wouldnt even consider looking.

one thing you guys are forgetting this is an auction. Take what you are willing to spend and hope for the best. Just don't get caught in a bidding war and pay more then you are willing to speed. Check the blue book figure its in poor condition. no service records, unknown mileage, everything else all the mods if any add no real value as far as bb value is concerned
Hell, maybe you'll get lucky and find a k-series under the hood.
Take what money you're willing to spend, when you get there, check out the interior and under the hood, mileage, etc.
