it'll be loud, a waste of money, and little to no power gain. if you have to replace your cat, atleast get a less restictive one. it'll allow more flow like a test pipe would, but it'll be alot more quiet.

You live in California. It's not worth the risk to put a test pipe in. Studies have shown that between a high-flow legal cat, and a non street legal test pipe, the test pipe only yielded like 1 ft/lb of torque more than the high flow cat. The only difference between a high flow cat and a test pipe to me, is the legality of it, and I would suggest you go with the legal one.

it was. our small engines need back pressure, if we remove to much of it, we lose power.

Well, there's your problem.
Well, there's your problem.
the raspiness and the attention the annoyingly loud exhaust draws from the wrong people (the police) are not worth it, plus like someone said before me you're gonna lose a little low end power, which can't be afforded haha
