Default Help a fellow turbo dc out.

I Just picked up this Front mount intercooler and Have kinda stumped myself on what would be the best way to route the hot pipes for the intercooler.
In the picture you can see the endtank comes past the turbo and there is a 90 degree reducer coupler coming off the turbo.
on my old setup I ran w.o a washer bottle but being this is now my daily driver I'd like to hang onto that.

Pointers/tips/pictures all welcome.

I think you should just fab a new bracket for the washer fluid bottle. Maybe rotate the whole assembly sideways.

Relocating the washer bottle to the trunk isn't bad, but it's a little rough routing the lines back to the hood. Is the car a daily driver? If not just eliminate the bottle and pissers all together. . . . Either way, good luck.

This was my daily driver.

I didn't care whether the washer bottle stayed or not.

So..... I got rid of it.

I have no experience, but a quick idea that might help.

You could remove the washer take from the fender, and splice the two hoses together. Mount the tank in the trunk, then extend the line originally dedicated to the rear "pisser" so its long enough to reach wherever you decided to relocate it to.

If you can source power easily, then the only thing left is to run the switch signal wire from front to rear.

Hopefully that makes sense, good luck!

just run the piping under the washer bottle....that's how i have mine. I just made sure the piping is slightly higher than the tow hook underneath and it's been fine like that.

It should clear going underneath the bottle. Mstolers, how far off of the ground is your piping?
