Default question about my 98 civic

i am picking up a 94 gsr motor for my car and i was wondering what is all the stuff i need for the car... the motor comes with the tranny, ecu, harness and axles. also the car is an automatic, so do i have to modify any of the mounts or anything like that? what is the total list of things i need for the swap and the 5 speed conversion? thanks in advance for the help guys
