EK's Best SWAP!?!?
I'm getting an EK hatch soon and i wanna swap sumthin that will give me at least 300hp if not more. It's gotta be all motor and street legal. I was thinkin H22. ne thing else i should be thinking?
JDM ITR will do, it's the best bang for your buck if you ask me, well worth the 4500 they go for and they're bulletproof!

Please... do yourself one favor, use the search function to gather information. Especially when the question is also concerning California smog regulations. 300hp to me doesnt seem like it would pass emissions without forking over 150-200 dollars as a bribe.

300 hp? wow... I gotta admit, i used to be like the OP back then.... thinking 300, 400, or even 500 hp is easy to get N/A! Yup EXACTLY like me b4. As my experience and knowledge and wisdom grows up to date, I realized that even with just a mere 160 hp is fast enuff FOR me rite now

you could drop in a 2jz and convert it to rear wheel drive and mod the hell out of the chassis. id suggest the ls1 corvette engine, but hey thats been done lol... im thinking you arent thinking lol. h22 could put you in the 13s daily drivable though...

Its highly doubtful that you are going to pick up an H22 complete and drop it in an EG/EK for 1800 with stage 2 cams of any sort.
