Car won't start.....electrial problem

Car won't start.....electrial problem
any insight would be great, i'm stuck at work right now.. 
basically, i re-located the battery to the back, i have my amp setup as normal (positive to the battery, ground and remote)
i just put in a new battery last night, and now it's dead, well atleast i think it's dead because if i turn the key, there's nothing. no electrial comes on at all. the only other thing i can think of would be that my alarm's siron isn't connected. i'm not sure what could be causing this draw on the battery?

Most likely you did something wrong, and something is on all the time.. in other words, constantly taking juice from your battery, and killing it.
