1.THe first thing you need to do is take a picture of your gauge cluster or sketch where the needles are so in case you have to remove them you can put them back on correctly.
2. then remove the trim around your current gauge cluster and pull it out. then pull the plastic off the front.
3. now if your gauges come with adhesive use it and slip the new gauge face over the needle or pull the needle off adn place the gauge face on. be careful to line it up correctly. if you dotn have adhesive with it i used a glue stick because on the pontiac i installed them on the plastic actually helped hold the gauge face in place. make sure you run the wires down so you can connect them underneath later!
4. repeat step 3 for all the gauges
5. put the clear plastic back on adn fish the wires down into the dash adn mounth the whole gauge cluster back in the dash.
6. now find a place to mount the little black box under the dash and plug all of the wires from the gauges into each other/into the little black box so now you should have the wire runnign to the dimmer **** which then continues on to power and a ground wire.
7. find a power source. a fuse that is only hot when the key is on or better yet only when the headlights are on is best. tap your hot wire into the fuse using an 'ad-a-circuit' or by splicing into the current wire coming off the fuse.
8. now find a good ground. usually stuff like the brackets around the steering column. or bots in the firewall work well cuz they are grounded to the chassis.
i think that should do it for ya. if you have any questions or problems i'll try to help you out!

yea i will, actually i took out the needles and put the new gauges over the old ones b/c it wasn't stable.
Then i started the car with the new gauges (didnt install the wiring just yet) just to check everything out.
Some needles get stuck, ex: the rpm just goes up the when going down to 1 it stops at 3 but if i push the gauge face down just enought it will slide back with ease. i put adhesive but the gauge is sticking out a lil bit, btw how much does caliboration cost... lol.... X(
