Default B16A2 Swap EK.....Problems

I just put a full B16A2 swap into my 00' DX Hatch....the engine and harness and all the components are from a 99 Si. The swap went great, so I get it started finally after double checking everything.....Take it out for the first drive and it's doing great, and after about a minute of driving....it starts to studder and stall....and throws a code 65 (secondary o2 malfunction). So I change the P2T ecu out for my P28 ecu that I had....and now, it'll start up without a CEL and will run ok at about 1k rpm and then die. I switch back to the P2T ecu, get the code again and all my needles are bouncing while the SRS and the Engine light both flicker.

I have everything in the car hooked up other than the 2nd O2 sensor, b/c my car didn't have the place for it in the exhaust (so I'm using the P28 so it won't look for the secondary). And one more thing, I don't have the evap box in the car and the hose that runs from that box to the IM isn't hooked up.

Please help me with this, I'm confused and I don't know where to start.....I've searched and can't find anything with the same symptoms.....so, any help would be incredible!

I have checked them all, I have the frame to tranny ground, valve cover to rad. support, and one from my intake manifold to the strut tower....where else should I have them

Bump.....New problem.....I've gotten the previous stuff fixed....car is running fine and it was the ground on the thermostat.....and I also replaced the thermostat and did a full coolant flush/change. Now, after about 2 minutes of driving my temp. gauge is maxed out on HOT "H".......what could this be since I already changed the thermostat out.
