at about 11:30am i went to pick some stuff up down south.. got it was going to make a quick stop at a shop on the way back... before i could get there my shifts were getting harder ... 1:15pm next thing you know the peddle springs to the floor (like when the cable is off)
im like F*#k, S#!t....ect because im not close to home and no way i can pay to get it towed that far.
pop the hood take a look... the S#!t is hanging.. take a better look the point were it pivots it has a bolt and nut.. the bolt is broken and the other half is gone... they should have made the crap a little better.. i only have had it on there for 3 months with a stage 1 exedy . im going to call them to see what i can do about a replacement bolt... or something stronger. that was BS

damn that sucks man i have a hasport mount kit havent used it yet..havent heard anything bad about them breaking......was gonna use innovatives kit i may still consider to use their master cyl kit cause of records of cable stretching through the use of both the hasport and innovative pivot kits

in my eg i had the clutch slave cylinder go out. I made it all the way home, with no probs. you need to know how to shift with out using the clutch. only use when **** happens. I usually pop the stick out of gear then rev the motor up to 4g's and then slip into the next gear i never grind it either... it will fall into place...
like i said this should only be used in the type of case.

its the pivot w/o master cylinder... and i can shift with out using the clutch.. but im not about to chance it with my b16 tranny .
i have a nut and bolt ghetto rigged in there so i can get to work. but i will take a pic of what broke... its a bolt that the whole thing pivots on. not the one with the ball but the other one
mine kinda looks diffrent.. it has a peace that holds the nut in place so it can not get loose...maybe something new?

</TD></TR></TABLE> LOL
OP just take it to a nut/screw place and get some grade 8 or greater bolt with locking washer & nut...probably a better bet then waiting on innovative

here is suggestion find a better grade bolt grind down the threads about 1/4 inch 180 degrees from each other after the nut . then find a dye and clean out the bolt and find a drill press a drill and stick a carter pin thru it as a way to prevent another headache

sounds like a good idea... but im going to make both holes bigger so i can use a bigger bolt... there is nowhere for the bolt to back out on mine and the nut has something covering it so it cant turn. i guess innovative changed a few things because the nuts were falling off. that was not my problem... i broke the bolt off.
