Default Blocked Exhaust

I left my car for a week when I left for vacation and now the car has been idling really low. I changed my plugs and and nothing. The air filter is fine.

When I start the car up it sounds like it isn't allowing all the exhaust out... I put my hand at the exhaust and it doesn;t have much coming out.

My question is do you think this could cause a low idle?? when I am stopped at a red light it sounds like my car is going to stall but it doesn;t. On the tach it says its just above zero.

Maybe a rat crawled up your tailpipe,..... or a nervous gerbil?

did u try turning ur idle up a little and see what happens. or if u think something is in the pipe put it in first gear take off and red line it see if it clears it out. i never heard of this type of problem.

i wouldnt mess with the idle at all....if you arent getting good flow out of your exhaust pipe you have a clog somewhere..id start with the CAT and work from there

Did you fall for the banana in the tailpipe?

I checked the idle screw and it didn't really help it.

I had the same problem w/ my boss's RT-10 Viper except it wouldn't start - a mouse...or mice crawled up into the exhausts and built nests (it sat in the garage for a year or two).

Fix = started it up at full throttle and it splattered guts all over both garage walls .

Alright, in more important events...is it starting up okay? If so, how is it besides the idle? Pulling okay? Is the idle just LOW or is it "hunting?"
