Sleeve a B20 for B20-vtec applications or just for boost?
For a high performance street N/A application, Endyn recommends posting the cylinders. You basically drill through the block into the water jacket. Then you tap the holes and screw in the post with aluminum epoxy to seal the threads. These posts are supposed to support the cylinders during the ignition stroke. From the pictures it looks like Larry uses two posts per cylinder one high & one low. Here are some pics from his 2L build article...

hell no i would never suggest doing that. it will not help the b20 and would be a wast of time + if you ever plan on sleeving the block it is a pain for the sleeving shop to work with and most will charge more to do so, to the op if your just doing a b20 vtec no boost street car you will be fine, but if you plan on boost i would suggest sleeving because the b20 has the weakest sleeves out of all the Honda motors i hope this helped you out some

for staright 84mm set up street i think you might get away with using stock sleeves.. with boost 100% sleeve the block. or if your going 85 or 86mm B series you must sleeve the block... one slight error and those stock b20 sleeves will not hold up.
please do not use that screw thing those are waste of time and money.its like a wanna be block guard. the problem wit hthe sleeves are they crack from the top so those screw things are pointless.
