waste gate question
with a 7 psi spring, without a boost controller, depending on where it is getting the boost reference, will be +- 1 - 2 psi.
with a boost controller, thats the least boost you can run.

7 psi spring = the MOST you can run with the gate hooked directly to a boost reference.
7 psi spring = the LEAST you can go down to with a manual or digital boost controller.
if you are asking these questions, you need to do a little research on this.
manuals are nice, they arent real consistent as they change as the air changes. ebc's are great but can get costly. best bet is a high low like the txs IF you have the high low boost tuned.

When you have a "x" lbs spring, that means that that's the lowest amount of boost it will hold. You will need a boost controller (manual, electronic, digital) to raise the boost.
