I have a 2001 honda civic ex and my gauge and my tail lights dont go on i need help figureing out wat da problem is.

did you try hooking anything up recently? I would check the fuses to start off

 

my stereo but i checkd the fuses but they r fine i think its the relay but i dont kno where its at

 

i dunno if it would be a relay but, the relays would be with the fuses they look like little black or grey boxes with 4 or 5 terminals on the end. also for future reference disconnect the battery when hooking up any thing electrical. because you prob touched a wire and shorted it out.. even though you checked the fuses visually i would always double check with a test light and make sure you check both sides of the fuse
