HELP!! Problem! Turnsignals
I have a 1990 Honda Prelude SI and I got a problem with the turnsignals. About 2 months ago my turnsignals went out didn't know what it was until I found the blown fuse in the Hazard Spot under the hood. They worked for about 2 weeks then the fuse blew again. I went to put another fuse in and they just kept blowing as soon as I put it in the spot. The car was not turned on when they blew. Anyone have any thoughts?
Check your bulbs, and the plug, make sure they look alright, and then look for shorts, which will require getting a wiring diagram to find everything that my be connected in line with your turn signal. Make sure there is no moisture in the turn signal lense.

Fuses blowing will not be a ground problem. A ground problem would just act like an open or act as another load in the circuit. Typically fuses only blow if the circuit is grounded before the load. Check for power at the bulb and measure the resistance in the wires. That pretty much covers the basics.
