Alright, ive got a b16a jdm 2nd gen swap non lsd 5 speed in my 93 hatch. The car runs perfect and have had no problems with it whatsoever until now. Im not sure if it is really a problem but under 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gears im getting a SSHHHHH noise. The car is stock and almost sounds like a turbo spooling, all i have are a obx test pipe, tsudo n1 catback and an aem short ram intake.

I had the same problem when i first put in my B16 too. Then one day it just went away (no lie)
