Yeah man, you got screwed allright! If you really want some one piece headlights, check out TYC's, in my opinion they are ok looking in the black housing with the amber corner lense built right in, but thats just my opinion. Otherwise go back to your stock ones! Either way, with your stock ones or the TYC's, you wont have to worry about ricey halo's burning out on you! I'd think that if there was/is a way to fix your halo, its either...

A: going to cost you a nice chunk of cash
or B: ...refer to A.

Sorry about your troubles man. Hope all works out for you!

If you run your halo's with your headlights they will burn out, the led's do not like the heat when they're on and this will burn them ou.......... Mine have been going for over three years only because I never have them on with my headlights.

I'd first check your wiring, it's possible that a bad connection had crept into the set up....
There are a few ways to fix the led's, some units you can actually pull the grommet out the bottom of the housing and it will in turn give access to a pull plug that holds the led's for the halo, I personally have only seen the type that are hot glued into the halo and you have to heat the headlight in an oven (200-275 degrees) to pull the headlight apart to then remove the halo to replace the led's.....

I've got mine wired so they come on with the running lights and shut off with the low beams.

I found a write up on how to replace the led's but the pics are missing: LINK
