You can DIY with your headlights you have. There is a writeup somewhere here on Honda-Tech that states how to do it.
Basically:
Put your headlights in the oven, at like 215 degrees (I think that's right) for like 3 minutes, and then gently pry them apart. Then mask everything you don't want to be smoked and spray them. And the put them together good with some caulking. It's pretty simple.

I think he wanted smoked headlights WITH the amber corner, the link you posted was for an EP Civic (01-05). And from the picture he posted, I'm guessing he has an EK civic (96-00).
Like, I said before there is a thread on here somewhere where someone explains how to do it. The process I explained is the same thing, the other guy goes into detail though.

Exactly, I couldn't stress this enough. Don't rush through this, take your time. The last thing you want is to spend 10 dollars on supplies, and then ruin your headlights and then be out 50 more or so for a new pair.

Another thing I noticed, that person may have an orange bulb for their turn signal/parking lights. At closer examination, they look to be on. So, in actuallity that person may not have the amber corner, just an amber bulb illuminating it.
If that's the case, you can buy headlights that have the black housing and just throw in an amber bulb.
