Need to know where to buy radiator/reservoir neck and cap

I'm building a methanol reservoir tank and i need to weld a neck/cap onto. My question is where can i purchase the neck part to weld on along with the cap to screw on.

Ebay ones are actually plastic, covered in aluminum foil gum wrappers

haha i ended up buying the billet jegs filler neck

i use the prowerks filler caps at work all the time (aluminum tanks for sand drag atv's) and they are very very high quality, well worth the cost.
