alot of times you have to cut some block webbing to make this work. I have this setup with the inline downpipe. I had to cut some block webbing to make cold side fit, its normal.

you may also have prolems without a slim fan. If you use an intake tune on the cold side to suck air from behind the passenger headlight. A slim fan is a must in this case. Dont just bolt a filter on you will be sucking hot air from behind the radiator.

good luck.

im using a 4 bolt turbo. Gonna work on it some more this afternoon. I think one of my main problems is the intercooler piping. The guy i bought it from used a t3/t04b 5 bolt that maybe the problem with the fitment as well as the intercooler fitment. But the exhaust side of the turbo is to the left now and the compressor is on the right. I might have to do a lot of cutting and fabbing. Does anyone have any suggestions???

so the exhaust side is on the passenger side now and it clears everything?

yes sir. But the intercooler piping is all fucked up now because the compressor side is on the driver side. Has or does anyone have a t3/t04e on an inline pro manifold with the compressor side on the passenger side. BC THat seems to not work at all, it hits everything.

You could sell that one and get a 5 bolt, or you could just modify the intercooler piping and downpipe of course.

the 4-bolt turbo is your problem. that manifold is designed to work with a 5-bolt. im pretty sure inlinepro doesnt even make a 4-bolt downpipe for that reason. did you have the downpipe modified??

edit: actually it seems they do make 4-bolt compatible manifolds but they are a slightly different design than more popular design. either way you need to make some changes to the setup.

you have 2 choices.

1) keep the 4 bolt with compressor on the driver side and make the dp and chagepipes work.
2) trade the turbo for a 5 bolt.

Damn this sucks i spent so much money on a brand new turbo and nothing fits. WOWWW! I guess im just gonna keep this turbo and get a custom downpipe made and change the intercooler piping. Even though i already had everything setup but the downpipe i have is a 5 bolt and i planned on just changin the flange. But yeah i didnt know that a 4 bolt turbo was gonna make that big of a deal where it doesnt fit. I guess thats why the compressor side hits everything on the block when i put it on the passeneger side.

Here is my old setup had to run slim fan cause the DP was so close. Also DP was 2.5 then to 3.0 due to radiator. hope this helps.
