I've heard for most serious ECU swaps such as mugen or even skunk2 you need to convert to OBD1 is this true?

I think so.. liek the current ECU is a bitch to chip/ play with.. so u gota get a jumper that connects the current one to the older obd... and then u mess witht he older obd

If somebody can host a pic for me I can post a dyno graph of what one of my ECUs along with one of my OBD2 to OBD1 ECU conversion harnesses did to my '98 ITR.

Email me if you can host a pic for me.

Dave, I think you already have it on the we todd did server.

Hey, I was thinking about converting to the OBD1...did you say you have a dyno of your car with it on it with just i/h/e setup? I have a 98 type r as well and was wonderin if it will be worth it.. I also have i/h/e setup... Thanks!
