Just got tranny back with quaife, they said use syn. oil? do you?

Just got tranny back with quaife, they said use syn. oil? do you?
They tranny shop reccommened using a 10w -30 synthetic oil for the tranny? I just had the quaife installed and the second gear set replaced.. Do you guys use syn. oil or just normal oil?

NO NO NO................do not run synthetic oil unless you want to replace your gears again. If you want to be cheap, use regular motor oil 30 weight. If you want the trany and Quaife to last, use Honda MTF................Mike

like everyone else says honda MTF,the only thing that has kept my syncros some what healthy with the way I drive, Jason
