Default LOC, what load does this put on the amp?

First of all, i know its a cheap one and its a piece of crap but im not using it for anything that has high sound quality, with that out of the way....

I bought this Line Output Converter from PartsExpress.com. I am hooking it up to the CB radio speaker and running it to the AUX adapter for my alpine cd player. It has a maximum of 15 watts, the page where you can see it is here: http://www.partsexpress.com/pe...08999, THe picture of it looks like this:

I have both 'input' sides colered together(- with the other - side, and + with the other + side so a mono input will have mono output

What i am wondering is, what effective load does this LOC put on an amplifier? Whatever load it puts on it will dictate how I will wire the LOC to the CB; if its a really high load then i will run it in parallel with the internal speaker so i can either listen to it on the CB or listen to it on the CB and on my soundsystem. If its a really low impedance rating it puts on an amp, i will just run the CB into my soundststem.

so, my question as said above is, what resistance does this LOC put on an audio output amp?

Not sure about that specific one, but you can always take a multimeter and measure the resistance from the + to - input wires. That will give you the load.
