i have a new eclipse cd player and eclipse point source components...but why is it so low??

Default i have a new eclipse cd player and eclipse point source components...but why is it so low??

i have a eclipse deck and eclipse new point source speakers and i have to turn it all the way up to 70 to get kinda loud..80 is the highest.. anysuggestion why or whta to do?

umm u sure it isnt somethin really obv. like ur fade is on or somethin stupid like that? if not make sure the wiring is correct and properly soldered/connected

Are you running an outboard amp? If not, get one.

evrything is fine with the fade and wiring....and no im not running a external amp as yet. but shouldn't it still be alot louder than it is?

No, it shouldn't be louder. Most aftermarket sets require MUCH more power than the stock speakers. Get a decent amp, and you shouldn't have a problem with volume.

eclipse = no internal amp

you need an amp to run anything (subs, fronts, rears) off that headunit

I think if it was a dead head he couldn't hear anything at all. He is saying that he can hear the music, it just dosen't get very loud.

I would definately put an amp to them and see if that works.
