wont start in warm weather??
alright guys i need sm help i have a 90 civic dx with a stock d15b2 non vtec as the title says my car wont start when the weather is around or above 75 and its been in the sun...the motor is getting spark and i dont see it being an electrical issue because it starts and runs fine any other time...even in the cold *** winter...i replaced the fuel pump >3000 mi ago and im lost could the fuel pressure regulator be going bad and causing this? idk where to look has anyone else had this problem? thanks for all the help guys

just to elaborate a bit, I had the main relay go in my car, and there are 2 schools of thought on what to do with the old one.
1) Replace it with a new part from a dealer or other auto parts supply chain.
2) Re-solder any of the points that have gotten very nasty over the years and either burned through the minimal existing solder and are no longer making adequate contact or have developed cracks and aren't making adequate contact.
There is a really good how-to that I took the liberty of searching out for you.
