Default transforming from automatic to manual

im trying to convert my automatic 1998 civic ex to a stick with a b18c gsr motor but im kinda stuck on where to start the car is all stock every little thing on there except it has a 1.8 inch drop springs that came on the car when i bought it so i need help and if you could give me some tips or anything that would be very aprechated

It's best to do the conversion while the motor is out of the car

i know i have to take the engine out im not retarded im just not macanicaly gifted!!!! derrr..
i wanted to take it to a shop i have the money to get it at a shop where it can be done the right way by a porfessional since i cant really do it myself unless i want to spend 10 years on the thing so can anyone here piont me in the right direction??? i can do all the other work but im just not capable of taking my whole engine out and puting a new one in i need a shop to do that i can do any other work...

where would your shop be located?? im in the bayarea.. and how much do you think to swap my 1998 civic ex auto to a 5 speed B18C gsr??
