Default what kind of gasket are all y'all using for your manifold to turbo and turbo to dp?

I remember some posts where people were mentioning running without them. As I was about to turn the ignition key finally, I give Type C a call and he warned me of the perils of running without gaskets. Now I'm wondering, what type are all y'all using.
BTW I have the max rev mani, turbo (4 bolt flange), dp. Later this week I'll have pics of the whole setup and man has it been a pita. I've done a few extra mods which made the install a little longer.

Yeah, copper is nice and soft (flowing). How thick was it?

I'm using GM high temp silicone. Works great and doesn't leak at all.

I'd rather use no gasket than the silicone stuff. Silicone under pressure doesn't hold to well.

silicone gaskets for force induction=

Wouldn't worry so much about the pressure as the 1600 degree F exhaust temps...

There is a standard gasket for T3 turbo manifold flanges - Turbonetics sells them at http://www.turbocharged.com and your local ford dealer can get them if you look for the gasket from a thunderbird turbo coupe (1987ish?) or Merkur XR4Ti, among others.

yep, just go to ford dealer and get an 86 T-bird gasket. U se a metal one, or don;t use one at all....as long as both surfaces are clean and flat,, the carbon will seal it up..

Umm... it's steel isn't it ? Just the standard T3 gasket for the turbo to the manifold and no gasket to the DP.

Why thank you Stan. That's right nice of ya. Also FYI for everyone: According to my local Ford dealerships the T3 turbo manifold gasket has been discontinued. Guess I'll be running gasketless.
