Default Derailed Window problems

i have a 97 civic dx coupe. And both the drive and passenger window does not roll back up correctly. Its a non power window btw if nobody knew that. But anyways a friend & I was trying to fix that problem by messing around with the 2 10mm nuts in the inside of the door, but nothing seems to work. For example, i would roll the window down and it would roll down perfectly. But when i roll it both back up, it always derails off the track. Does anyone have any information on what i can do? Thanks

i have the same problem with my car 97 honda civic cx... what you do is unbolt both nuts roll the window all the way down... then put the windows in the tracks, make sure its in on both sides then tighten the nuts again... and voila now to prevent this from happening... QUIT slamming your doors or do what i do and roll them down half way!!!

its defently the window regulators. Because already unbolted the nuts and put my window back in track and it still comes off track. And i do not slam my doors, and how would i be able to take the window regulators out?
