yeah that's a si, si came in red those years, plus it has a sunroof. yes it's salvageable. unless the frame is bent, then that would suck, but you could still take the engine and what not, that's if it's cheap.

Correct me if I'm wrong but from what I understand sunroofs only came on Si's, so yes that would be an Si, unless that one is aftermarket.

eh2 is not an SI; eh3 is an SI. It has a sunroof which was a dealer option for Si's only. Rear discs were also an Si.

As long as it doesn't need a radiator support it should be a fairly easy fix but I cannot tell without a pic of the other side. I think you could sell it. Save an SI

Did 92 Si's somehow not come with side moldings? I don't think I've EVER seen an Si without them unless someone deleted them to make it look like a CX/VX. The vin will tell, EH2 = CX/DX/VX and EH3 = Si. 4th/5th/6th digits.

My first thought! No side moldings? All DX/Si hatches came with moldings 92-95 last time I checked. Body work could have been done before hand though.

Didn't some DX's or VX's come with an option for a pop up window...ya know, no motor to move the roof, just about an inch or 2 for air?

Pic of the motor? Pics of front and rear brakes?

rear discs=si
sway bars=si
looks like it was repainted at some point, i think its unlikely that someone would replace the quarter panels to look like a vx...

yea im trying to get into amatuer body work i fixed my civics fram for under 600 bucks, i did the accord's body work the day of the crash and the most expesive thing i bought for a bent rad support as the 70 dollar headlight

im im just trying to get into it and i also love honda cars and ive done a few shell to car work so i guess it isnt too much for me to handle right now

i was considering salvaging the black ointerior for project ej1 and selling the brake swap, and myabe other parts that people seem to love but who knows maybe ill get her back up, or just make it a rat rod
