Default revs fine when stopped possible fuel cut when driving ?

okay long story short got a 95 f3 in peices worked on fairings everything back together and today was first run. drove one mile took it easy on it. after that i got on it a little and it was PERFECT not one miss. then i pulled into my drive way and antifreeze is leaking bad. so i find the leak a hose blew off i clamped it and tried to drive it again idled great and when on the stand i could rev it up to lets say 11g and sounded great. went for a little ride got up to 5 grand and it starts cutting out. like a fuel cut. so i took fuel filter out. checked pump voltage. filter. all new fuel lines. and thats it. o and took the carbs off. did a surface clean and put back on. took forever.so i need to know why is it only cuttin while driving!!!!!!!!?????? need to know asap have school monday. thanx in advance sorry so long. but this is crazy.

when you replaced the hose originally, did you remove the tank? if so you could have a clogged or pinched breather line. Check for proper routing of fuel line and breather hose. If you didn't remove the tank you'll have to look to a sensor relatd to your particular cooling system. Have a manual?

yes have a manual. yes i removed tank. have checked all fuel lines and breather lines. and when i would rev it up and i would look at the fuel filter it would like have bubbles and would like jump like it was getting starved for fuel. you think it could be a coolant sensor ?
