Bad toe-out (what happens when you lower an Integra, Civic) will chew up tires really quickly on the inside.
Addition of negative camber (what happens when you lower an Integra, Civic) will gradually wear the inside half of the tire. However the addition of negative camber helps cornering performance.
If you're gonna dump it you may want to look at a camber kit but for most people (lowering 1-2") no camber kit is required since the camber will still be inspec or just out of spec.
