When you drop your car about 2inches or more you need a camber correction kit right? My front two wheels right now are tilted inwards on the top ( dunno if this is pos or neg camber i think pos ). I need an allignment cause my steering isnt very good. I dont want to wear the side of my tire so should i get a camber correction kit? If so...which kind and from where? Also howcome only my front wheels are like this and not the back?

When the top tilts in...that's neg. camber. When the top tilts out...that is positive. I'd suggest that you first get an alignment to see how bad ur camber is first. Then worry about the camber kits

Unfortunately....a honda's camber is not adjustable. So an alignment will not fix it. That's where camber kits come in. I'm assuming that you just recently lowered your car? Because if so...ur toe might be affected...which can also eat ur tires up.

I bought the car lowered. And its eatin up the inner side of the tires. I just got 2 nitto 555Rs for the front and 450s for back and dont wanna put them on cause they will wear. What should I do? Buy a camber kit? Where should I go for the allignment?

Since JUST an alignment wont work, i guess you do need a camber kit.

Well...I just moved to LA a couple of months ago...so I really can't recommend a particular shop for alignments....but there are plenty of places that can do it...such as Pep Boys, Winston Tires, basically places that sell tires/mount em.

What kinda springs does the car have?

The reason I say that maybe you should first get it aligned is because you don't know if the previous owner did the right thing...and had it aligned. Who knows....maybe the camber falls with factory specs and the culprit is TOE. Many places offer deals such as "lifetime warranties" or 1 year-12,000miles...so if you get camber kits...you should be able to go back and have em re-align it for free.

I used to have camber kits on my 98 civic....and they were great. They are alot more expensive for the 6th gen civics than the 5th gen. The brand was Ingalls. Their website is http://www.ingallseng.com. I purchased mine from http://www.ultraperformance.com. Cheapest I was able to find at the time.

BTW, for the 5th gen...you can add washers to help fix camber to the rear. Check out this site: http://www.jdmfan.com/technical/susp.../rear_camber/.
