i was just wondering im bout to boost the R and im going to have all forged internals and sleeves. was wondering the best turbo for the car head will be fully built also. but what would be the advatages and disadvanages between 10:1
and 9:1 please somone help im going crazy also missing link or 3 bar map

you could go with a 60-1 and that gives good spool time and good numbers in horsepower. On 10:1 you will make more power per pound of boost but 9:1 is less risky, but still not super risky. Many people on here with there stock b18 run 10lbs and make 300whp you will be fully built, nothing to worry about.
