My Lovefab SST ramhorn cleared AC and PS, Full-Race also makes a Pro-Street ramhorn that's AC/PS compatible.

i can make one PM me youll need to redo your cold air intake to fit iwth my manifold though. it also depends on what turbo you use.

you will NOT maintain fullcore radiator capabilities or internal gate

How hard was it for you guys to install your AC downpipe? I gave up on the A/C idea with my Silly SOHC A/C compatible ramhorn manifold...how the hell would you tighten the DP bolts if the compressor was installed????

Gotta give the to Phil @ spoolinperformace (Project dc2)

The assembly was not the easiest thing I have ever done but was able to get it all assembled into the car with a little work.

I had to remove the stock A/C fan and put a slim fan on the front. I left the fan shroud to help mount the condensor and just cut out the fan in the middle. I also assembled the entire turbo manifold, turbo, downpipe, and wastegate before putting the engine in the car. Put the engine in from the bottom (jacked car up and dropped car over engine). and had to take the top off of the wastegate to get the top bolt into the A/C compressor after the engine was already in and bolted. Took some work but I got her together.

I have a Full-Race Stage2GTAC w/ GT3076R.

1. The AC manifold will position your turbo on the passanger side so it will be really tight between the radiator/fan and turbo intake. My mechanic had to get creative to route 4" aluminum intake to fit a k&n filter.

2. The factory AC line that connects to the top of the compressor will rub the manifold on an integra. Obviously with exhaust temps that is not an option so you will need custom AC lines. Muckman sells a kit that routes the lines under the radiator support.

Those are two things I wish i knew before purchasing a ramhorn/AC kit.

Actually it was proven that at low and high speeds, AC on gives better gas milage than windows down.

The best way to do it is to modify the collector to tilt the turo towards the pass side 10-20 degrees, then use pie cuts or a donut.
