Jacked up Acceleration+ High Idle!

I'm currently running without second o2 sensor and did a intake manifold swap. Got codes P0505 idle malfunction, and P0141 02 sensor. Bogging and high idle comes and goes. Mainly occurs when I tap the gas pedal rarely at idle. Disappears above 3k rpm.
I cleaned the IACV which is an automatic btw. Problem comes and goes. Anyone know whats happening?
