Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone has been able to do a homemade turbo kit and retain the A/C. My last car didnt have it and now im spoiled. I plan on using a HF manifold and adapter plate to a 14b or T25, whichever I can get my hands on. Pls let me know, I'm starting to order parts this week.

I have a home made kit, and I dont think the A/C fan fit. It was in the way when I tried to lower the turbo in, so I removed it, then went "duh, bring the turbo in from the bottom". So I don't really know if it fits because I have the turbo out again now and the A/C also. I was looking at a web site earlier today where the guy just took off portions of the fan mount and the blades themselves. Just try modifying it if you cant use it anyway.

 

I'll probably be putting mine in very shortly. I'm planning on keeping my a/c and using a modified Greddy manifold and T25. I think it should fit, except the fan, so I'll either ditch it or get a slimline, or a pusher (in front of the core).
