Default connecting rod gauge?

i'm rebuilding a b18c5 engine and i was looking up torque specs in the factory service manual. it stumped me when it said to use a connecting rod gauge to tighten the cap nuts. the manual says they're commercially available but i'm coming up empty handed. anyone out there know where i can get one.

thanks.

Rod bolt stretch gauge.
