need help plz
i have accord 97 EX with F22B vtec engine
i had a problem when i put the gear to (P & N) the RPM starts to bounce from 1000 to 1500 and some times whrn i turn on the AC it stops and become normal.
they told me to clean FITV and IACV and i did but nothing changed
do some one knowes what to do ????

Your original post only said AICV & FITV. There's other things in there that can cause your idle surging.
Did you make sure there's no air in the cooling system?
Did you make sure there's no vacuum leaks?
Did you adjust "BASE" idle & then reset ECU & let it learn?

There should be a small bleeder valve on the thermostat housing. That's a high point where air wants to hang out. Open it a bit to let any air bubbles out.
Then (after driving around) let it cool completely. Squeeze the radiator hoses. You should hear the rattle-pin in the thermostat, but you should not hear any sloshing of liquid. And it sorta feels different when it's full of air (hard to explain).

Spray brake cleaner around anyplace you suspect is a leak. Intake manifold gasket, throttle body gasket, anyplace. If the idle changes when you spray it, the vacuum leak is where it gets sucked in. Then replace the gasket or whatever's leaking.
