So i attempted to install my antenna, and finally got the radio out to disconnect the old antenna, btw, i have a 1993 civic cx hatchback. so i pulled the old antenna out of the roof a little, cut the wire for the anteanna and the plastic pipe thing. taped the new antenna to the wire and tried to feed it down. I ended up getting stuck so either way i pulled i was screwed. so the new antenna wire broke at the silver connector and the old wire is still stuck in the sil. How the hell do i get this out???? i keep trying to pull on whats left of the old wire( it keeps breaking as i pull it, like the wire just tears and separates where im pulling at) and it wont budge. Can i do this with out taking out the WHOLE dash? can i just take off the plastic sil part? what should i do?
