You should leave it at zero....untill you get someone to tune them on a dyno.

first of all, searching is usually the best way to find out information on here. sorry to come off harsh, but greddy emanage and vafcs are junk. i'd try and get someone to to chip your ecu and tune it with uberdata, crome, neptune, or hondata.
