does anyone know a good setting for adjustable cam gears, i have a b16 w/ gsr cams and turbo setup running 6psi.... rest of motor is stock... I have been told to adjust the inkake cam +2degrees and retard the exhaust 1... i know the dyno is the best way to tell but i wont make it befor the next autocross

 

thats somthing that need to be taken care of on the dyno, no two cars are like. One persons setting might work for them and not you.
