Default Help with a T4 coldside identification (wheel/plate/housing)

Having issues identifying a turbo compressor housing/wheel/plate.
I've had it over 2 years in a box... its pretty much pre-china and ebay chargers... It was bought as garrett, but the backing plates serial plate is gone and the same with the compressor housings plate.

It's a .60 AR housing of good quality machining and casting.
Housing had a cast in 81738 hard to read, and close to it an engraved 81738.

Numbers on plate below are 409322-12, other markings are M9 an A and a dTc.

Back of the comp wheel has a 9179 18 on it.

Any help is appreciated. I measured the wheel awhile back and remember it being like 72mm? It was larger than my 60/63 t3 compressor side... I think I was leaning towards a small t4, t04b maybe... but I'd like to really really identify this. ie: company its made by and more. I'll try to remeasure wheel.

Thanks,
Dave

Rough measurement shows inducer at ~50mm and exducer at ~ 70mm.

Thoughts?

93
Possibly a to4b s trim which has a 69.9 major and 48.4 minor diameter. Similar to a 40 trim e wheel(which I have on my car).
93 93/93

Yah, I'm leaning towards Strim... I wish the serial numbers bounced back results in google or something... can't figure out the maker of the parts.

It has location for what remind me of Garrett plates... but plates are gone. Backing plate even still has the hard glue residue.

Anyone?

Maker of these?
