questions about tps and the effects it can cause!!! please help!

i have been trying to set my tps to the correct settings that i found on this site and it will only go down to 4.699 WOT and .5... ! i have taken the rivets out and replaced it with screws for adjustibility. someone please help!

You adjust the TPS for only the idle, which should be <.5v. At WOT, it should spit out ~4.5v, but if it doesn't, tough ****. To adjust the TPS to make the WOT reading higher/lower means you directly effect the setting at idle, which you don't want to do.
