I recently replaced the O2 sensor, and hardwired it to the ECU. It didn't throw any codes until the car warmed up. Now code 65 is being thrown again, and only 65. That's what was being thrown beforehand as well.

I'm almost positive we got all the wiring correct, so what else could cause this?

 

bump - its a universal o2 sensor. 2 white, 1 black, 1 grey. OBD2A.
